By using the services of HILIFE (‘I’, ‘We’, and ‘Our’), or by accessing the website, using any tools related thereof, you agree to all the policies, notices, terms and conditions of our website.
The following terms are applicable on any purchase(s) made through HILIFE website or related media, including but not limited to our social media handles.

PAN India Shipping
– We provide shipping PAN India on all items to all major as well as metropolitan cities.
– The order will be shipped within 2-3 business days from the date of placement of the order and after the clearance of payment.
– We work Mondays through Fridays, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or on public holidays will be shipped on the next working day.
– Tracking details will be provided once they are made available by the shipping company after the order is shipped. HILIFE is not liable if the tracking details are not accurately provided.
– We are not liable for any delay(s) in delivery of the order due to destinations custom clearance, natural calamities, force majeure or any unseen circumstance.
– Due to Covid, our normal delivery times have been impacted. Although we are trying to get your orders delivered on time, kindly understand that delivery services may be adversely affected in some parts of the country, causing a delay. Hence, we request you to be patient in the meanwhile.

– If your order contains more than 5 pieces of the same product, the order processing might take longer.
– If the product you have ordered is marked “Pre-Order”, or if it is in production, processing time will take longer.
– During peak periods such as holiday seasons or unexpected circumstances, order processing might take longer than usual
– For products that are “Out of Stock”, dispatching the item will take around 2-6 weeks.
– In all of these cases, our customer care executives will keep you informed via email or call.

Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction drives us; if due to any reason you are unsatisfied with our product, you can return it subject to the following conditions. Kindly note that any return orders you place for any product will be exchanged with a similar product only. Refund can also be availed on returned products.
And before you place a return order, please note that HILIFE toys are made from wood & are painted with non-toxic colours. Due to the nature of the materials used in the manufacturing of these products, there are changes of slight variation in each product. Moreover, the colour of the products may appear different in their tangible form due to the difference in the resolution of your monitor screen.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges are subject to the following conditions:
– The product(s) should be directly purchased from the HILIFE website. Purchases made through third parties are not eligible for returns.
– If there is a manufacturing defect, the product should be returned within 72 hours from delivery.
– If the product is damaged, please send us an email with pictures of the damaged product with the Order ID within 72 hours of receiving the product to avail an exchange or a refund.
– The product should be in an unused condition to be eligible for the returns, refunds & exchange.
– The product should be returned in its original packaging.
– Kindly provide us with a proof of purchase or a receipt to avail the returns & exchange services.
– Some products, such as nibbles, blankets, rattles, bibs, baby balls, etc are not eligible for returns due to hygiene-related reasons.
– Books are non-returnable.
– Any product returned will be replaced with a similar, defect-free product if you opt for an exchange.
– We will initiate the exchange only after inspecting the returned product, and ensuring that it matches the standards set in the Returns & Exchange Policy.
– If you opt for a refund instead of a replacement for a defective/damaged product, it will be credited to your original method of payment within 7 working days.

– Kindly note that return requests placed after 72 hours of receiving the product are not eligible for either a refund or an exchange.

Cancellation Policy
– If you want to cancel an order, please email (mention email id and contact info) within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped. Cancellation requests placed after 24 hours of ordering the product cannot be recalled.
– HILIFE reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case an incorrect price is listed or for any other reason at the discretion of the management. In such cases, we will inform you via call or email about the cancellation and refund 100% of your payment.
– If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a wrong or incomplete name/address provided by the customer, non-availability of a recipient at the time of delivery, or related reasons on the customer’s side, any extra costs incurred by us for re-delivery will be claimed from the customer.

Coupons & Offers
– HILIFE coupons are applicable only on purchases made on (mention website here).
Purchases made through third-party or affiliate websites cannot avail the benefits of HILIFE coupons or offers.
– Only one coupon code may be used per order.
– Products on slashed pricing are not eligible for further discounts.
– Some coupon codes exclude certain categories; please check the coupon information
to ascertain which categories of products are included in the scheme
– Some coupon codes come with an expiry date; please make sure you use them
before their validity expires to avail the benefit.
